Reservation Policies

Room rates are subject to 16% IVA and 10% service charge and based on double occupancy. All prices are quoted in Mexican pesos and subject to change without notice.

Children under 12 can be accommodated at no additional cost as long as they share the same room with their parents.

A third adult in the room is subject to an additional charge per night plus 16% IVA and 10% service charge.

Extra beds are offered at an additional cost per night plus 16% IVA and are subject to availability. Cots are available at no additional cost subject to availability.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid the charge for one night plus IVA.
